pageman I realized that I was practicing what that book preached even before I read it.
It's different when you're the only person practicing it vs. when everybody is practicing what was in the book.
One of the things that book espoused is that men or even women just wait for what they call GPC - God's Perfect Choice.
I'm very sure the author of IKDG (let's call that book with that acronym from now on) didn't mean to have that effect - but it's happened.
Maybe there's something intuitively lazy about the concept - you don't have to to make the first step - just wait for something to happen!
I hadn't really thought about writing book for a while - although the idea crossed my mind - but tonight, I had another heart to heart talk.
What I realized from my friend's story is that it IKDG makes sense - up to a certain point - but there's something else that you need to do.
